This software application and all associated documentation, content, and materials (collectively, the "System") are proprietary to Big G's Bail Bonds and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Limited License

Subject to these Terms of Service, Big G's Bail Bonds grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the System for legitimate business purposes related to bail bond services.

Restrictions on Use

You expressly agree NOT to:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any part of the System
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the System
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the System
• Use the System for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the System
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the System
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the System, including but not limited to:

• Software code and architecture
• User interface designs and layouts
• Database structures and schemas
• Business logic and algorithms
• Documentation and training materials
• Trademarks, logos, and branding

are owned exclusively by Big G's Bail Bonds and are protected under applicable laws.

Confidentiality

The System contains proprietary and confidential information. You agree to:

• Keep all System information confidential
• Not disclose System details to any third party
• Use the System only for its intended purpose
• Protect your login credentials

Data Ownership

While Big G's Bail Bonds owns the System, you retain ownership of your business data entered into the System, including client information, case details, and financial records. Big G's Bail Bonds will not sell or share your confidential business data with third parties.

Violation and Enforcement

Any unauthorized use, copying, modification, or distribution of the System constitutes copyright infringement and will result in:

• Immediate termination of your access
• Legal action for copyright infringement
• Claims for monetary damages
• Injunctive relief to prevent further violations
• Recovery of attorney's fees and costs

Penalties for copyright infringement can range from $750 to $30,000 per infringement, or up to $150,000 for willful infringement.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SYSTEM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BIG G'S BAIL BONDS MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SYSTEM.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIG G'S BAIL BONDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SYSTEM.

Termination

Big G's Bail Bonds reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the System at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

Big G's Bail Bonds reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the System after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
